Cancellation Policy

We know that travel can be unpredictable! For this reason we offer the most flexible cancellation policy possible for our tours. Our cancellation policy differs depending on the type of tour you have booked. If you have any questions about the type of tour you booked or about our cancellation policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Public Tours

Tours can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the tour start time. If you are unable to reschedule, we can provide a full refund of your ticket with at least 24 hours’ notice. As all reservations and food orders are confirmed in advance, we cannot offer refunds for guests that do not show up on the day of the tour.

In short:

  • More than 24 hours in advance = full refund 

  • Within 24 hours = no refund

Small Group Private 

Private tours can be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to the tour date. If you need to cancel within two weeks, we offer a 70% refund up to 48 hours prior to the tour. For cancellations the day prior to the experience (24-48 hours before the tour start time), we offer a 30% refund as all of the restaurant reservations, guide reservations and food reservations are already complete at that point. 

Tours cannot be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the tour start time. As all reservations and food orders are confirmed in advance, we cannot offer refunds for guests that do not show up on the day of the tour.

In short:

  • More than 2 weeks in advance = full refund

  • 2 weeks - 48 hours = 70% refund

  • 48-24 hours = 30% refund

  • Within 24 hours = no refund 

LATE POLICY

If you’re running late, please give us a call at +34 912 15 82 81 so we can let your guide know and amend reservations with our restaurant partners. 

For public tours, your guide will wait at the meeting point for 5 minutes after the tour start time before heading off to the first stop. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please call us so we can try to unite you with the group! Please note we are not able to offer refunds for guests that are late or unable to make it to the tour.

For private tours, your guide will wait at the meeting point for up to 30 minutes after the start time of the experience. After 30 minutes, it becomes extremely difficult to maintain our reservations at small, popular restaurants. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, but please note we may have to make significant changes to the booked experience if we have to push the experience start time back more than 30 minutes.
